This program is designed to help stop illegal activity in multi-housing communities and single-unit rental properties. The West Fargo POlice Department Crime Free Multi-Housing program uses a comprehensive, three-phase approach to ensure a safe rental property environemtn. 

Phase One provides training to the property owner, property manager and maintenance staff. Phase Two is a basic Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design property inspection. Phase Three is an organized resident social. 

This class is offered free of charge.
