Paying for Parking Tickets

Unpaid tickets issued in the year 2022 can be paid by mailing your payment or contacting a Support Specialist at 701-515-5500 during business hours.

All tickets issued in 2023 have been entered into the Passport Parking Ticket System which we use to issue parking tickets and receive payments.  

Please use the Passport Payment Portal to pay your parking ticket using a credit or debit card.  There is a convenience fee to pay through the portal.  Tickets paid through the portal are immediately marked as paid.

If you do not wish to pay through the payment portal:  

1. You may bring a cash or check payment in person to the West Fargo Police Department during regular business hours; 7:30 am-4:30 pm, Monday-Friday 
 2.  You may mail a check payment with your parking ticket to:

            West Fargo Police Department
            Attn: Parking Tickets

            800 4th  Avenue E, Suite 2

            West Fargo, ND 58078

Please make checks payable to the City of West Fargo.

Include your ticket number with your payment or we will not know where to apply the payment and clear the ticket.

Parking Ticket Appeal

You can use the Passport Payment Portal to appeal your parking ticket within 10 days of issuance.

If you do not agree with the appeal decision, you can post bond with West Fargo Municipal Court and request a hearing and secure a court date within 5 days of the denial of appeal.

Paying for Traffic Tickets

Traffic tickets can be paid:

2. By mailing payment to:

        West Fargo Municipal Court

        800 4th Avenue E, Suite 1

        West Fargo, ND 58078.
3. There is a convenient drop box on the North Side of the City Hall-Police Department main entrance parking lot.


 Please make checks payable to West Fargo Municipal Court and include your ticket number with your payment.
