The West Fargo Police Department D.A.R.E. program has published their latest student created public service announcement.
Twenty four fifth grade students were selected from the 12 classrooms to work on the D.A.R.E. PSA Committee. The topic is on bullying and is meant to encourage other students to talk to a counselor about bullying when they see it happen.
